§1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cekap33 online gaming platform, accessible at cekap33.one, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by cekap33 ("we", "us", "our", "cekap33").

By creating a cekap33 account, completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through the Platform, you ("Member", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease access to the Platform and refrain from creating or maintaining a cekap33 account.

§2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The cekap33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. This requirement applies regardless of local law where the minimum legal gambling age may differ. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. cekap33 reserves the right to request age verification documents (National Identity Card, passport, or equivalent) at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Access to the cekap33 Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cekap33 does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active cekap33 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual for the purpose of accumulating bonus funds, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, cekap33 may, at its absolute discretion:

• Close all duplicate accounts without prior notice;
• Void any winnings generated through duplicate accounts;
• Withhold and confiscate balances across all associated accounts; and
• Permanently ban the individual from future registration.

2.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information promptly if it changes. cekap33 may, at any time, request documentary verification of the information provided (including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

§3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cekap33 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your cekap33 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify cekap33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which cekap33 strongly recommends for all accounts.

cekap33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your cekap33 account, whether or not authorised by you, will be deemed to have been conducted by you and will be your responsibility.

§4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cekap33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and FPX bank transfer (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating Malaysian banks). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at cekap33's discretion without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 30. Maximum deposit limits per transaction are subject to your chosen payment method's daily limits and any limits applicable to your cekap33 account tier.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are credited to your cekap33 wallet in real time or within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. FPX bank transfer deposits may take up to five (5) minutes depending on your bank's processing time. cekap33 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or network infrastructure outside of our control.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts and instruments registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties, including family members, will be returned and may result in account suspension. cekap33 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account.

§5 Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, cekap33 may require the Member to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a valid National Identity Card (MyKad), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and in certain cases, source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification.

5.3 Processing Timeframes

Withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are processed within two (2) minutes under normal conditions following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via DuitNow or direct bank credit are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal to Matched Payment Method

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits, subject to method availability. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, cekap33 will advise on an appropriate alternative withdrawal method following identity verification.

5.5 Bonus Restrictions

Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw non-withdrawable bonus funds will result in the removal of such funds from your balance prior to withdrawal processing.

§6 Bonuses & Promotions

cekap33 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Each bonus promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page;
• cekap33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless otherwise specified;
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including creating duplicate accounts, using promotional funds in low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies, or coordinating with other Members — will result in bonus removal, account suspension, and potential permanent ban.

§7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the cekap33 Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and operate using independently audited random number generators (RNGs). Displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result as displayed on your device and the result as recorded on cekap33's server, the server record shall be deemed conclusive. cekap33 is not liable for losses arising from miscommunications or malfunctions in connectivity between the Member's device and our servers.

cekap33 reserves the right to void any bet or round where a technical fault, software error, or human error has materially affected the integrity or fairness of the outcome. Where possible, affected bets will be refunded to the Member's cekap33 wallet.

§8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cekap33 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other Members;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploits must be reported to cekap33 immediately;
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial purpose;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing a third party to operate your cekap33 account on your behalf;
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse directed at cekap33 staff, systems, or other Members.

§9 Responsible Gaming

cekap33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment only — never as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. The following tools are available to all cekap33 Members via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Restrict total losses over a defined period. Functions in the same manner as deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play session durations with reminder alerts.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours). Cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 30 days. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the chosen exclusion period. Contact [email protected] to initiate self-exclusion.

cekap33 complies with international gaming authority standards for responsible gaming and encourages any Member who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek assistance from recognised support organisations.

§10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cekap33 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, brand names, trademarks, text, and layout, is the exclusive intellectual property of cekap33 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the cekap33 Platform without the prior written consent of cekap33. Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws.

§11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cekap33, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the cekap33 Platform;
• Any loss of funds resulting from gameplay, whether or not such loss was anticipated;
• Technical failures, system outages, or network interruptions beyond cekap33's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or game outcomes displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

§12 Amendments

cekap33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cekap33 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the cekap33 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, will always be accessible at cekap33.one/terms-conditions. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

§13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations under international gaming authority standards. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such arbitration and waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against cekap33.
